Trust and safety

Content Policy

The content system is built around private staging, human review and rights-safe publication.

Student Content Rules

Student flows must only show questions where approved is true and status is approved.

Questions should be original, reviewed and appropriate for GCSE Science revision. They should not copy protected exam-board question papers or mark schemes into student-facing flows.

Source Documents

Admins may upload local PDFs or direct PDF URLs into private staging for organisation, matching, extraction and original-variant generation.

Uploaded documents, OCR text and parsed candidates remain admin-only until a human edits, checks and publishes rights-safe content.

Review Flags

Content should be flagged when it has low confidence, missing answers, unclear wording, possible diagram dependence, weak explanation, mark-scheme mismatch or source-rights risk.

Flagged content should not be treated as launch-ready until a reviewer resolves the issue.

Exam Boards

Exam Study Hacks is not affiliated with AQA, Edexcel, OCR or any other exam board unless a written licence is explicitly stated.

References to exam boards must not imply endorsement, official status or guaranteed alignment.
