Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions can be cancelled through the Stripe customer portal linked from account settings.

How To Cancel

Sign in, open Settings, choose Billing, then open the Stripe customer portal. Stripe shows the active subscription, payment method, invoices and cancellation controls.

If you cannot access the account, contact us from the account email address so we can help identify the subscription.

Access After Cancellation

Cancelling stops future renewal. Paid access normally remains available until the end of the current billing period.

After the paid period ends, the account may return to free or limited access. Learning records may remain available according to the Privacy Policy.

Failed Payments

Stripe may retry failed subscription payments and send payment update prompts. If payment is not restored, paid access may be paused or cancelled.

You can update the payment method from the Stripe customer portal.
